1. There is limited number of participants and the selection criteria will be the application order.
2. There will be a reserve list for anyone interested ( contact at info@valenciaendanza.com).
3. All minor students shall be authorised by parents or legal guardians, by accepting this terms and conditions. Without this acceptance, they will not be allowed to join the audition.
4. The audition has a cost of 25€.
5. The audition fee is NOT REINBURSABLE BY ANY REASON.
6. The audition will consist on a class of 1h30min , with 4 different groups depending on level and discipline ( please consult requisites of each level).
7. The participants must be at the audition location 30 minutes prior to the audition time, in order to register.
8. The audition results will be published on the website www.valencianedanza.com 3 working days after the audition.
9. The jury will be composed by members of the board of ESENCIA DANZA and/or dance professionals.
10. The selection criteria of the audition will be only artistic.
11. ESENCIA DANZA will offer TWO COMPLETE SCHOLARSHIPS and several PARTIAL scholarships in every venue to attend VALENCIA ENDANZA 2022, which will take place in Valencia from July 18th to 30th 2022. The allocation of this amount of total scholarships will be subject to the level of the applicants, and may be deserted at the decision of ESENCIA DANZA.
12. The students chosen to benefit from the scholarships will have 15 natural days to accept the scholarship (via email to inscripcion@valenciaendanza.com) ant to proceed with the registration at Valencia Endanza 2022, including the paymente of the reservation or the total amount of the course. Not fulfilling this requirement shall exclude the student from the scholarship benefit.
13. ESENCIA DANZA will not be held responsible for any damage or injury, however caused, to any person attending the audition or third parties, nor for the loss of any property, on or off the premises of the course or the premises of the hosting residence. It is mandatory that the participants has medical coverage, either public or private.
14. The organisation will not be held responsible for any damage or injury, however caused, to any person attending the course and occured during the practice of the activity
15. During the course, the organisers may take photographs for archive or publicity purposes. The participant or his/her legal guardian authorises both taking photos and video, and its use for archive or for publicity (only linked to the association purposes)
16. The organisers reserve the right of entry into the audition.
17. The participant agrees to follow the established protocols regarding Covid- prevention. These protocols will be confirmed one week before the audition, always following instructions given by health authorities.
18. The participant agrees to fill in and send back the responsible declaration that will be sent by mail 48h prior to the audition.  Without this declaration the participant will not be able to join the audition.

De conformidad con la Ley 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal (en adelante LOPD) ESENCIA DANZA con domicilio en c./15 n.88 46182 La Cañada-Paterna,Valencia, informa al interesado de la existencia de un tratamiento de datos de carácter personal en el que se encuentran almacenados sus datos personales bajo la responsabilidad de ESENCIA DANZA con la finalidad de llevar a cabo la gestión de clientes, lo cual incluye asimismo el desarrollo cumplimiento y control de la relación jurídica entre las partes, la gestión administrativa, contable, fiscal y de facturación así como el mantenimiento de un fichero histórico de relaciones comerciales. Dicho tratamiento tiene carácter obligatorio así mismo, ESENCIA DANZA informa al interesado que, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 11.2 c) de la LOPD y concordantes de su reglamento de desarrollo, sus datos pueden ser cedidos a los siguientes organismos: Jueces y Tribunales, en su caso cuando fuera requerido legalmente para ellos, entidades bancarias para el pago de los servicios contratados; Agencia Tributaria, para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales; auditores financieros, para el cumplimiento de la obligaciones de auditoría anuales y a cualesquiera otros terceros a quienes en virtud de la normativa aplicable sea necesario llevar a cabo la cesión para asegurar el buen desarrollo de la gestión profesional encomendada y, en general, de las finalidades previstas. El interesado deberá comunicar a ESENCIA DANZA cualquier modificación que se produzca en los datos sobre su persona a fin de que ESENCIA DANZA SL pueda mantenerlos debidamente actualizados. En todo caso, se considerarán exactos los datos recogidos y facilitados directamente del interesado. ESENCIA DANZA informa al interesado de que en cualquier momento puede ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición, solicitándolo por escrito dirigido ESENCIA DANZA en el siguiente domicilio c./15 N. 88, 46182 La Cañada-Paterna,Valencia en los términos previsto en la normativa aplicable
